These terms govern the use of Entretio, a property maintenance management platform operated by LD Groupe Digital inc. ("Entretio"). By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
Entretio provides property management companies with tools to track maintenance requests, tenant complaints, building notices, vendors, and scheduled maintenance, along with a portal for their tenants.
Entretio is sold to property management companies under an annual service agreement, not a self-serve subscription — the specific terms of that agreement (pricing, scope, support) are set out separately when a company signs on, and take precedence over this general page where they differ.
Staff accounts are created by an existing admin at the company, or by Entretio when a new company is onboarded. Tenant accounts are created by the property management company using the platform, based on their existing lease relationship with that tenant — not by tenants signing themselves up.
Tenants receive account-related email and SMS as part of their property manager's use of the platform — login codes, and updates on requests, complaints, or notices. This is a function of the tenancy, not an opt-in marketing list, and is limited to that purpose.
The platform may not be used to submit false information, harass another user, or attempt to access data outside your organization or building assignment.
Entretio is a coordination and record-keeping tool only. We are not a party to the lease between a property manager and their tenant, and we are not responsible for the underlying maintenance work itself, its quality, or its timeliness. We are not responsible for, and are not a party to, any dispute or conflict between a property management company and a tenant, between one tenant and another, or between a property management company and its vendors or contractors. We are not responsible for the actions, performance, or scheduling of any vendor or contractor coordinated through the platform. Any such matters are strictly between the parties directly involved — Entretio's role is limited to providing the software used to record and communicate about them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
