Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

Entretio is operated by LD Groupe Digital inc. ("Entretio", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada. This policy explains what information we collect through entretio.ca and the Entretio platform, and how we use it.

Who this applies to

This policy covers three kinds of people: staff at a property management company using Entretio (admins and building agents), tenants added to the platform by their property manager, and visitors who submit our contact form.

What we collect

From property management staff: name, email, and phone number, provided when their company sets up their account. From tenants: name, email, phone number, unit and lease information — provided to us by their property manager, not collected directly from the tenant by us. From website visitors: whatever is submitted through the contact form (name, email, business name, phone, message).

How we use it

To operate the platform: maintenance requests, complaints, building notices, and tenant login. To send account-related email and SMS — login links or codes, status updates on a request or complaint, and notices from a property manager. We never use this information for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run the platform — for hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery. Each only receives what's needed to deliver their specific part of the service, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

For as long as your property management company has an active account with Entretio. If a tenant moves out, their historical maintenance and complaint records are kept for the building's own history, but their contact information stops receiving new messages once their unit is reassigned.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by reaching out through the contact form at entretio.ca. If you're a tenant, your property manager may also be able to help directly, since they manage your account.
